# Refund & Cancellation Policy ## 1. Accruepon Books - Accruepon Books are sold by participating fundraisers and franchisees. - Refund requests for an unused book must be made within **14 days** of purchase by contacting the selling fundraiser/franchisee. - Books that have been partially redeemed are **non-refundable**. - Expired books are non-refundable; the lifespan is shown on each book at purchase. ## 2. Loyalty points & stamps Loyalty points and stamps issued by individual partners are governed by that partner's program terms. Accruepon does not refund loyalty balances. ## 3. Subscription fees (franchisees) Franchisee subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods except where required by law. ## 4. Reward tokens Once distributed on-chain, reward tokens cannot be reversed or refunded by Accruepon. ## 5. Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. ## 6. Statutory rights Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.
