Fundraiser Agreement

# Fundraiser Agreement This Agreement is between Accruepon ("Company") and the organization accepting it ("Fundraiser"). ## 1. Eligibility Fundraiser represents that it is a bona-fide non-profit, school, team, club, or other community organization permitted by law to fundraise. ## 2. Accruepon Books Fundraiser may sell Accruepon Books, each containing Super Coupons donated by participating businesses. Fundraiser is responsible for: - Recruiting sellers. - Collecting payment from book buyers (cash, card, or other). - Reporting sales accurately in the dashboard. ## 3. Revenue Fundraiser keeps the gross proceeds of book sales, less any platform/print fees disclosed at book creation. Fundraiser also receives the fundraiser share of every reward distribution arising from a Super Coupon redemption from one of their books, per the splits configured in `reward_settings`. ## 4. Wallet Reward payouts are made on-chain to the Fundraiser's primary linked wallet. ## 5. Donor data Fundraiser may not use Accruepon to collect personal data from book buyers beyond what is necessary to deliver the book and rewards. ## 6. Compliance Fundraiser is solely responsible for all charitable-solicitation registrations, gambling/raffle laws, and tax-receipt obligations in its jurisdiction. Accruepon Books are **not** tax-deductible donations. ## 7. Conduct Fundraiser will comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and will not misrepresent the cause, the value of a book, or the involvement of any third party. ## 8. Term Either party may terminate at any time. Outstanding books in circulation remain redeemable until their stated expiry. ## 9. Disclaimers & liability Same disclaimers and liability cap as the Franchisee Agreement apply.
