Fundraiser Agreement
Version 1.0-fundraiser
# Fundraiser Agreement
This Agreement is between Accruepon ("Company") and the organization accepting it ("Fundraiser").
## 1. Eligibility
Fundraiser represents that it is a bona-fide non-profit, school, team, club, or other community organization permitted by law to fundraise.
## 2. Accruepon Books
Fundraiser may sell Accruepon Books, each containing Super Coupons donated by participating businesses. Fundraiser is responsible for:
- Recruiting sellers.
- Collecting payment from book buyers (cash, card, or other).
- Reporting sales accurately in the dashboard.
## 3. Revenue
Fundraiser keeps the gross proceeds of book sales, less any platform/print fees disclosed at book creation. Fundraiser also receives the fundraiser share of every reward distribution arising from a Super Coupon redemption from one of their books, per the splits configured in `reward_settings`.
## 4. Wallet
Reward payouts are made on-chain to the Fundraiser's primary linked wallet.
## 5. Donor data
Fundraiser may not use Accruepon to collect personal data from book buyers beyond what is necessary to deliver the book and rewards.
## 6. Compliance
Fundraiser is solely responsible for all charitable-solicitation registrations, gambling/raffle laws, and tax-receipt obligations in its jurisdiction. Accruepon Books are **not** tax-deductible donations.
## 7. Conduct
Fundraiser will comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and will not misrepresent the cause, the value of a book, or the involvement of any third party.
## 8. Term
Either party may terminate at any time. Outstanding books in circulation remain redeemable until their stated expiry.
## 9. Disclaimers & liability
Same disclaimers and liability cap as the Franchisee Agreement apply.
