# Crypto & Token Disclaimers _Read this carefully before participating in the Accruepon reward program._ ## 1. Reward token is not an investment The Accruepon reward token (currently **tOINK** on Polygon Amoy testnet, future **OINK** on Polygon mainnet) is a **utility loyalty reward**. It is **not** a security, investment contract, or guaranteed store of value. Accruepon makes **no promise** of present or future monetary value, liquidity, or return. ## 2. Volatility Once a token has any market price, that price may fluctuate sharply or fall to zero. You may receive rewards that are worthless when you go to use them. ## 3. Distribution model Rewards are distributed by an Accruepon-controlled operator wallet at the time a redemption is verified. Reward amounts, splits, treasury cut, promo multipliers, daily emission caps and gas-sponsorship quotas are configured server-side and **may change at any time** at the administrator's discretion. ## 4. Wallets - Your **embedded wallet** is provisioned via a third-party (Privy). You are responsible for safeguarding the email used to access it. - Your **linked external wallet** (e.g. MetaMask) is your responsibility — Accruepon never sees your private keys. - Lost keys cannot be recovered by us. ## 5. Gas Some transactions are gas-sponsored by Accruepon within published quotas. When quotas are exhausted, transfers will require you to pay network gas in the native chain currency (POL). ## 6. Tax You are responsible for any tax consequences of receiving, holding, transferring or selling reward tokens in your jurisdiction. Accruepon does not provide tax advice. ## 7. No advice Nothing on the platform is financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. ## 8. Jurisdictional restrictions You may not use the reward system if you are located in a jurisdiction where the receipt or holding of crypto-assets is prohibited, or if you are on any sanctions list.
