# Community & Anti-Fraud Policy We want Accruepon to be safe, fair and useful for every member, partner, fundraiser, and franchisee. ## 1. Be honest - Do not create fake accounts. - Do not collude with a partner to fake redemptions. - Do not impersonate Accruepon staff, a franchisee, partner, or fundraiser. ## 2. Be civil - No harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing in messages, partner pages, fundraiser pages, or coupon descriptions. - No spam or unsolicited solicitations through the in-app messaging system. ## 3. Protect the network - Report suspected fraud, fake businesses, or fake fundraisers via the in-app moderation tools. - Do not attempt to manipulate reward emissions, gas sponsorship, or treasury balances. ## 4. Enforcement ladder 1. **Warning** — first low-severity issue. 2. **Suspension** — temporary loss of dashboard access; pending payouts paused. 3. **Ban** — permanent removal; unredeemed rewards may be forfeited; on-chain payouts already distributed remain yours. ## 5. Appeals You may appeal any moderation action by replying to the moderation message in your inbox. Appeals are reviewed by an administrator who was not involved in the original decision where reasonably possible. ## 6.
