# Acceptable Use Policy
By using Accruepon you agree NOT to:
## 1. Fraud & abuse
- Submit fake redemptions, fake stamps, or self-redeem your own coupons.
- Operate multiple member accounts to harvest rewards.
- Manipulate loyalty point balances, Accruepon Books, or reward payouts.
- Misrepresent yourself as a franchisee, partner or fundraiser you are not.
## 2. Platform integrity
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
- Bypass rate limits, gas-sponsorship quotas, or moderation controls.
- Probe, scan, or attack our infrastructure or the on-chain operator wallet.
## 3. Content
- Upload illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent content.
- Use partner/fundraiser pages for political campaigning or for goods/services prohibited by law.
## 4. Crypto-specific
- Use Accruepon to launder funds, evade sanctions, or finance illegal activity.
- Use the embedded or linked wallet from a sanctioned jurisdiction.
## 5. Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban, forfeiture of unredeemed rewards, removal of content, and where appropriate referral to law enforcement.
